Skill Training

The staff development is important for our company and tailor-made programmes are provided either by internal staff or external trainers to enhance the capability and skill set.

Focus Scope of Internal Training:

1. Junior supporting staff - major skill set requirements (job related) plus team work and attitude e.g. DG goods, team building classroom training, English course, Putonghua course, Computer course…
2. Middle management staff - major skill set requirements (problem solving, supervisory skill & technical/professional knowledge) plus team building.
3. Senior management staff - major skill set requirements (leadership & strategic direction) plus business development.
4. Management trainee - on-the-job training in the key business areas integrated with some practical logistics management course.
